TERMINATION AND RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

MOE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Scholars' Network or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. MOE may also terminate or suspend your access to the Scholars' Network for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign in to the Scholars' Network within 30 days. Upon termination of your email account, your right to use the Scholars' Network immediately ceases. If your account is suspended or terminated and you wish to reinstate it you should contact the website administrators.. You may be required to pay administrative fees for the reinstatement of your account.

EMAIL ETIQUETTE

1) When writing email : • Avoid lengthy emails. • Avoid emails with large attachments. • Always zip your attachments to reduce file size. 2) Receiving/reading email : • Do not open any attachment if you have not performed a virus scan on it. • Do not leave your terminal unattended. • Perform housekeeping functions regularly to stay within the space limit of the email system. 3) Replying/forwarding email : • Delete the attachments if they do not contribute to your message. • Do not flood your recipient's mailbox. • Do not forward chain letters. • Do not reply to spam emails. • Do not reply to scam emails. • Please reply to legitimate emails as soon as possible. 4) For your information : • Emails with large graphics files or attachments and/or a long mailing list will take a long time to be sent. • Spam emails are unsolicited messages and are also known as junk mails. • Scam emails are unsolicited messages that are intended to trick the recipients into divulging their personal information such as credit card pin number. • If you reply to either Spam or Scam emails, you are confirming that your email address is valid and active, which consequently will only lead to more such emails being sent to your account
